The participant can declare in writing to Obertonmusik e.V. his or her withdrawal from the registration. If this cancellation is received by Obertonmusik e.V. at least one month before the start of the course, an administrative fee of € 25.00 will be charged. If the cancellation is received by Obertonmusik e.V. within one month and at the latest one week before the start of the course, the course fee stated in the invoice becomes due. In the event of a later cancellation or non-attendance of the seminar, the complete amount will be retained from the invoice and must be paid. We recommend that you take out a separate seminar cancellation insurance policy.
In the case of telephone or electronic registration for a course, a right of withdrawal according to BGB § 312b, point 3.6 (distance contracts) is excluded.
